Dubbed “Willow Camp,” the property has hosted gatherings and
celebrity getaways since the early 1900s.

The compound includes a seven-bedroom main house, renovated
guest house, lap pool and ocean access. Some other unique features
include a standalone one-bed Airstream Park, four studio houses
imported from Bali, a private pond, a speakeasy bar and props from
the original set of Bonanza.

Butch Haze from Compass is the listing agent.

The beach access and private location has attracted many
celebrities throughout the years, according to Haze, including
rocker Jerry Garcia who would throw large, lavish parties on the
site.
