Metallica lead guitarist and San Francisco native Kirk Hammett
has reduced the selling price of his San Francisco mansion by $1.1
million. The property, originally listed for $13 million, is now
going for a cool $11.9 million.
The four bedroom, four-and-a-half bath house in Sea Cliff spans
5,200 square feet. The home features panoramic views of the Pacific
Ocean and Marin Headlands, a media center, terrace and many more

The home, built in 1926, was last purchased in 2010 for $8
million, according to public records. Mark Levinson with Pacific
Union International is the current listing agent.
Hammett has been with Metallica since 1983 and widely considered
one of the all-time great metal guitarists.
