Former 49ers and Raiders linebacker NaVorro Bowman has sold his
San Jose, Calif. mansion for $3.715M, below the original asking
price of $4.253M.

The 5,959 square foot Rose Garden estate has five bedrooms and
five baths. Upon entering the 18-foot foyer, there is a sweeping
wrought iron banister flowing to the second floor catwalk and
Spanish tile floors. The kitchen flows into the family room, which
opens onto the back loggia, viewing the grounds and pool. In the
rear of the home is the memorabilia room, with built-in bar and
space for game tables.

On the second story, the master suite extends the entire length
of the home. Across the catwalk are two children’s bedrooms, one
with hall bath and the other with a jack-and-jill bath adjacent to
the home’s fifth bedroom, opening to a sun deck.

Outdoors, the fenced pool with built-in hot tub sits next to a
cabana/guest house with full kitchen and bath. A sports court is

The home was purchased in 2013 for $3.1M, according to public
records. Kelly Goni with the Sereno Group was the listing
agent.

Bowman helped lead the 49ers defense for seven seasons going to
the Pro Bowl three times. He began the 2017 season with the 49ers
but was released after five games. He was picked up for the
remainder of the season by the Oakland Raiders but did not play on
a team in 2018.
